职责
招聘要求
 1、25-35岁；形象气质佳，大专以上学历，房地产、营销等相关专业。
2、三年以上同职及大型代理公司从业经验，服务项目2个以上，能独立完成项目销售管理，熟悉房地产销售及物业管理方面的政策法规，了解房产部门的工作程序，并具备一定产品研发和市场策划能力。
3、具有准确的市场判断能力和应变能力，并具备突发事件处理能力。
4、善于与客户、部门员工沟通，能与客户建立良好的合作关系，并具有高度的团队协作精神和敬业精神。
5、具有较强的责任感，良好的职业道德；有指导，培训下属开展营销工作的能力。
